Self Catering Accommodation
Sleeping up to 8 people, Blue Horizon comprises 4 double bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features patio doors leading to the verandah with fabulous sea views, king bed, dressing room and a superb bathroom with bath and shower. Bedrooms 2 & 3 feature queen beds, wardrobes and stylish en suite shower rooms. Bedroom 4 overlooks the courtyard and has a King-size bed (convertible into 2 single beds), fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room.
Designed for entertaining
At the centre of the house is a stylish, fully-equipped kitchen with an island worktop unit with sink and storage space. There’s a stainless steel cooking range, extractor hood and large double-door fridge / freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, etc. The utility room, located to the side of the kitchen, has a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and an additional sink.
The adjacent dining and lounge areas are bright and spacious and lead seamlessly to the verandah by means of ‘fold & stack’ frameless glass doors. One end of this huge living space features top quality audio/visual equipment, including a large LCD TV (with DSTV), hi-fi system and DVD, comfortable couches, massive coffee table and pebble gas fire. At the opposite end is an additional seating area with couches and fireplace.
Mostly laid to lawn, the central courtyard offers an outside entertainment area with built-in duel-fuel braai (electric & gas) and a deck with an attractive driftwood dining table.
Safety and Security
In keeping with the objective to make life at Pezula Golf Estate as relaxing and carefree as possible, the Estate rules relate primarily to safety, security, privacy and protection of the environment. The elevation of the Estate affords it a great deal of natural security and privacy, which is reinforced by 24-hour permanent manned access control at all entrances. Home owners can walk, jog or cycle around the estate in safety. Children can play happily outdoors.
