I stayed at Blouberg Manor on a business trip to Cape Town. The room was small and smelly and not particularly clean. The next morning I was woken up by loud construction noise across the road and after waiting 30 minutes at the table I left without having breakfast since I was by then already late for a meeting. I complained to the staff and a woman called Angela then actually had the audacity to phone my company and instead of apologizing, lied about what expired when in reality the service was just shocking. In a city with many quality options I would definitely not recommend this establishment.

Blouberg Manor is an excellent place for vaccation. Although Angela had no idea of our booking (the owner changed last October and we had already booked in March) she did everything to make the best of the situation. Fortunately she had 3 rooms for us - really nice and comfortable ones. She took time whenever she saw us, helped, gave advice and booked the restaurants for us. We felt like friends and enjoyed our time here. What a nice place - 40 metres from the beach with a view to the Table Mountain. I'm sure, we will return to Cape Town and the Blouberg Manor.
