IMPRESSIVE, Airport pick up and drop off,as i was from durban ,spacious and luxurous accomo,kitchen a bonus,combined bath/shower ,views, incredible as i stayed on a top deck,there4 full utillisation of balcony,delicious food, relaxed bar,bedroom awesome clean linen,staff welcoming and generous as time caught me off guard due to the delayed trip to robben island so i was offered a free 3 hours extension....OH, FREE!!!!!!!transport to all hot spots at night.dnt have to worry about rain....smiles endless as i caught my flight to Botswana |

What an incredible stay! The service was absolutely out of this world. From the moment I arrived at the airport I felt welcome. Henry is the best driver I have ever encountered. Personable and intelligent. At reception I dealt with Basheera ans Shani, who are friendly and efficient. Their manager is also a joy to speak to. The food was excellent, and I really enjoyed the pub meals and Ernest's lively conversation.
The housekeeping ladies are not only good at their jobs, but have the most spectacular singing voices. Be around for the nine am sing!
I would definitely recommend staying at the Cape Suites.

Highly reccomend this accomodation for safety, security, customer service, and cleanliness. Full kitchen an added bonus. Suites were spacious, with good clean beds and linen. Excellent rates for what you get. Competitive rates with other hotels in the area. Four of us travelled together, and would highly rate Cape Suites to small groups or couples. Complimentary Airport pick-up and drop-off a huge plus. Also, coutesy drop off and pick up from the famous V & A Waterfront. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Concierge, Henry, and receptionist Tandi helped make stay run smoothly. Location is excellent, close up view of Table Mountain from your private balcony. |
