The flatlet has its own balcony and a separate entrance. This can be completely shut off from the main house for privacy, or can be included to form a third bedroom for those wishing to rent the house as a whole.
A queen flatlet with a partial sea view also offers a balcony (non-sea facing), en-suite bathroom and cooking facilities. This flat is completely separate from the main house and has its own entrance.
A ground floor queen has no sea view, but has its own small garden in front. This flat also has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a fridge and cooking facilities.
