DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

50% deposit of the entire stay is requested to confirm reservation and balance at the end of the stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations 3 to 7 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Cancellations 8 to 14 days prior forfeit 75% of the deposit.
Cancellations 15 t0 21 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations 22 t0 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Non arrivals or a cancellation 2 days prior to arrival the full amount will be due, unless we are able to let out the accommodation.
