My wife, her mother and I stayed over for 2 nights and we were VERY happy with our choice. Egbie is a very interesting and engaging host (when he's not out working on his farm) and has a very interesting personal history (his family had originally owned the whole Augrabies National park and waterfall and so he has very interesting stories to tell of the history of the place. This he did without being intrusive of our privacy or our time and was most helpful in giving good advice about where to go that is not part of the "usual" tourist haunts. We were most intrigued at what we found and the beauty of this very interesting part of our country. We're seriously considering another visit now that the falls are even more spectacular than when we visited.
