DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 30-50% deposit is required (depending on season) to confirm a booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of notification of cancellation, a minimum cancellation fee of R100.00 or 10% of the deposit (whichever is the greater amount) is charged. Refunds shall be made on the following basis:

Cancellation 30 days + prior to arrival: 90% refund
Cancellation 14-29 days prior to arrival: 40% refund
Cancellation 7-13 days prior to arrival: 15% refund
Cancellation 0-7 days prior to arrival: no refund

Should a guest not stay for the full number of days reserved, full payment will be required.
