DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Weekend, holiday, high season, one night bookings must be paid in advance within 2 working days of booking nor they cannot be guaranteed.
Your booking is only confirmed on receipt by us of your faxed or mailed proof of payment containing your reference no. provided.
Whilst every effort will be made to email or SMS you prior to cancellation, Apricot Hill reserves the right to cancel any booking not confirmed by the required payment within the specified time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

0 - 7 days prior to arrival: No refund
8 - 13 days prior to arrival: 25% refund
14 - 20 days prior to arrival: 50% refund
21 days or more prior to arrival: 75% refund
