DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Reservations to be guaranteed in writing with credit card number and expiry date or payment of deposit.
A 50% deposit of the entire stay is required in order to secure the booking, with the balance due two days before arrival. Please note that no booking is regarded as confirmed until such time as the deposit has been received, and the reservation and cancellation policy has been accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations 21 days or more prior to check-in date – deposit fully refundable
Cancellations 20 – 14 days prior to check-in date – deposit 50% refundable
Cancellations 13 days and less prior to check-in date – deposit non-refundable
No-show will result in 100% of the total stay being payable, or deducted from the credit card. No refunds will be made for no-show’s. If the guests do not check in by 22h00 they will be regarded as “no-show”.
