Rates and Special Offers for Ammazulu African Palace / Kloof Accommodation / Bed and Breakfast Accommodation in Kloof

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit of 50% of the total booking is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should the Client cancel the accommodation the client will:
1. Notify Ammazulu African Palace of such cancellation in writing; and
2. Be liable to Ammazulu African Palace for payment of cancellation charges as follows;
2.1 cancellation 14 days prior to the arrival date, 50% (fifty percent) of the rate specified in the Quotation;
2.2 cancellation 7 days or less prior to the function date, the Client shall pay to Ammazulu African Palace 100% (one hundred percent) of the rates specified in the Quotation
3.2 Ammazulu African Palace shall be entitled to retain any monies already paid by the Client in full or partial settlement, as the case may be, of the cancellation charges as set out above.
