DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

50% of the total booking value is necessary to secure a booking.
The outstanding amount needs to show in our account one week prior to arrival.
We charge a R1000 breakage deposit on arrival which can be paid via Visa or Master Card.
Within two days of departure we will transfer the deposit back into your card account.
Any damages or losses will be deducted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.
Cancellation 0-7 days before date of arrival or no-show - forfeits 100% of full quote value. Cancellation 7+ days before date of arrival - forfeits 50% of full quote value.
