How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
In the event that a confirmed reservation is cancelled, the following cancellation fees will apply to the total value of the accommodation reserved:

1. 100% cancellation fee for no arrival ('no show)
2. 50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival
3. 25% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 30 days before arrival
4. 10% service-handling fee being held from any refunds due
5. Shortened stay: Full amount will be charged for period reserved
