708 Flatrock is a stylishly decorated apartment that has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps four people comfortably. It is located on the 7th floor of a luxury apartment within walking distance to the famous Long Street; a great location to explore beautiful Cape Town.
Self Catering Accommodation
The main bedroom is furnished with a queen size luxury bed and has an en-suite bath / shower. The second bedroom has a queen size super comfortable bed and an en-suite shower.
The bedrooms have double glazed windows to significantly reduce the city noise levels, ensuring that our guests enjoy a peaceful nights rest.
The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances including a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and automatic washing machine. There is crockery and cutlery for a minimum of four people. Relax on the leather sofa and watch TV in the spacious lounge area. The dining table seats six people.
The apartment block enjoys 24 hour manned security controlled access and there are two lifts so there is no need to climb any stairs. The apartment is air conditioned, there is free ADSL Wi-Fi and free secure undercover parking (for one vehicle).
The apartment enjoys easy access to public transport and the City Tourist buses. It is a great location from which to explore the sights, sounds and tastes of beautiful Cape Town.

The apartment is ideally located with easy access to all the major tourist attractions including Table Mountain (five minutes by car), Blue Flag beaches like Clifton and Camps Bay (10 minutes by car), the V&A waterfront (five minutes by car or 15 minutes walk), Company Gardens (five minutes walk) and Greenmarket Square (five minutes walk).
