5 Third Avenue Guesthouse, located in the garden suburb of Walmer, is the closest of any form of accommodation to Port Elizabeth Airport.

ACCOMMODATION

We offer clean and comfortable self-catering accommodation in 8 private rooms each with two single beds beds (queen size and double also available), shower-en-suite and kitchenette which is equipped with fridge, microwave oven, 2 plate stove, kettle, toaster and cutlery / crockery. Each room also has a ceiling fan, heater, TV with M-Net. A third fold-out bed can be added for a nominal charge. Wi-Fi is available designated areas. Internet is available in reception.

The accommodation is set back from the road which makes for a quiet oasis close to major amenities. Six of our rooms look out over the pool and braai (bbq) lapa area. A family unit with one queen size bed and a fold out couch is also available.

SERVICE & FACILITIES

Rooms are serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays. We are a non-smoking establishment but guests who wish to smoke may do so in the braai (bbq) area. If you would like breakfast, we need to know one day prior to your arrival. The price for breakfast is not included in the daily accommodation rate.

We are the closest guest house to the airport - but you do not hear the planes - they are landing on the opposite side from where we are and do not fly over our guest house.
