A 50 % deposit is required in order to secure your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a “ no-show “ or cancellation in writing within thirty days of your confirmed arrival date, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100 % of the total accommodation fee.

When canceling a booking, the following costs occur:
45 to 29 days prior to arrival, 30% of total costs.
28 to 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of total costs.
14 to 7 days prior to arrival, 70 % of total costs.
Less than 7 days, no cancellation, no-shows or early departure will result in 100% of total costs being payable.
