2B Peter Cloete Avenue is an elegant villa in upper Constantia in the Alphen area. It is a well appointed double story villa which comprises of four bedrooms with four bathrooms over three levels. There is a lovely pool house with bar and TV area open onto a terrace by the pool. The gardens are lush with beautiful trees; they are well kept and are a delight to spend time in. The villa has a large terrace area for entertaining too.

Self Catering Accommodation

From the entrance hall one walks into the open plan lounge and dining area which opens onto the terrace with steps down to the pool. There is a guest toilet and double bedroom on this level. On the upper level there is a further two double bedrooms all en-suite. At the pool level there is the bar, TV area and a further bedroom below with en-suite bathroom. There are two other houses on the ‘estate’.
