My mum, sister and I were looking for a self catering flat that would meet several needs and the apartment at Macedon was a perfect match for us ! excellent location (literally right next to Rosebank Mall & the Zone), clean spacious and tastefully furnished - and most of all a very hospitable owner who was always happy to assist whenever we had any challenges - I dont think I will be staying in a hotel anytime soon in my next trip to SA ! |

The apartment was just what I wanted - a good location in a safe area and most importantly, within a minute or two walk to the shops, restaurants, pubs, etc. It was clean and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. The two single beds were comfortable but I did not try out the sofa bed. On the down side, the TV channels were a little restricted but what the heck, I didn't go to South Africa to watch TV. The owner is lovely and took a real interest in the welfare of her guests. I am happy to recommend this, which is more than I can say about the England football team. |

I have a confirmed booking for the duration of the World Cup 2010 and I have to say that Nicole & Marina who dealt with this have been most helpful indeed. If the accomodation is as good as the service thus far, I am in for a treat - I can't wait. |
