This stunning holiday home is located in Plettenberg Bay's most exclusive road. The three storey Mediterranean villa is situated on the highest point of Beachy Head Drive. The house is a 5-minute walk from Robberg Beach and within walking distance to a grocery shop, liquor store and pharmacy. It is a short car trip to the centre of town. The house is fully protected by an electric fence and an alarm system and is monitored by a security company 24 hours a day.

Self Catering Accommodation

The house is cool and airy with beautifully appointed, fully equipped interiors and an outdoor Jacuzzi. It has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, including a separate en suite garden cottage and sleeps a total of 15 guests.

The ground floor has two bedrooms with a Queen-size bed (one with an extra single bed) and an en-suite bathroom, one full and the other with a shower only. The first floor has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed an a full bathroom and the other with a Queen-size bed and an en-suite shower. the second floor has the master room with a King-size bed and an en-suite shower as well as a double bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower. The stand alone cottage has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite shower.

Flowing living / reception areas are located on two floors. The living area has a beautiful stone fireplace, log burning fire with door, DStv decoder and a large flat screen TV. The sitting room opens onto a large covered patio with dining facilities, lawn garden with magnificent sea view, outdoor loungers, umbrellas and side tables.

13 Beachy Head Drive is a self-catering establishment with a beautiful kitchen which has a food lift to the top outdoor lookout terrace, a garden at the rear of the house and a separate laundry/utility room. Dining is indoors and outdoors with three outdoor options on the windward and leeward sides of the house. A gas barbeque/braai is provided.

The extensive upstairs terrace houses a large Jacuzzi. There is a lawn lookout deck at the top of the house which provides breathtaking 360° vistas of the whole bay area and the surrounding Outeniqua Mountains.

Beachy Head Drive is monitored by CCTV cameras 24/7 all year. All linen and towels are provided. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are provided. There is off road parking for four vehicles.
