accommodation

1315 Edward Road is a great place to stay for just a weekend or for much longer. You will love its brand new airy and relaxing feel. The house has just been redone with attention to detail, got shiny new floors, new summery colours, quirky art and much more. It has also been extended by a third bedroom with bath, outdoor shower and great mountain views.

Downstairs: A new kitchen area has been added to the back of the house. This room will soon prove to be the new centre of the house, with an extensive kitchen top, bar stools and a great view into the indigenous fynbos garden. The living room is spacious and stylish with a glossy white floor, flowing curtains and floating shelves. Bring your iPod and enjoy the sound of the Bose sound system or watch rugby on the new flat screen TV. Two big wing doors open to the covered patio and further into the garden. A small solar-heated spa-pool awaits you and a braai, too.

Upstairs are the two existing bedrooms to the front (one with a double bed, one with twin beds), and two modern bathrooms with shower. The sliding doors from the bedrooms open onto a balcony. The sea views are just spectacular. New is a third, very modern twin bedded room to the back. Over four meters of panoramic window invites you to enjoy the mountains surrounding Pringle Bay. This bedroom has a bath and a secret outside shower. All bedrooms provide a unit for your iPod or iPhone – just plug in and listen to your favourite music.

Feel at ease and enjoy – there is no better place to relax!

NB: The garden is now fenced in. Thus, if your well trained pets know that they must not sleep on the furniture, you are welcome to bring them.

pringle bay

One of the most spectacular roads in South Africa is the R44 between Gordon's Bay and Hermanus, renowned for whale watching. Pringle Bay is on that road, just one hour drive from Cape Town. Pringle Bay is a very charming, almost rural seaside resort in a "Fynbos" nature reserve. A real hidden gem.

A dream of a holiday for everyone to recover, for nature lovers, for holiday sharing friends as well as for families. Go hiking or biking. Catch your own crayfish. Make a braai. Enjoy the seaview. Drive to the beach. Bake in the sun. Walk along the dunes. Just do, what you would like to do. A dream of a holiday for golfers - many golf courses within reach of one hour by car. A dream of a holiday for everybody, who returns to South Africa and can't get enough of it.
