Bookings cancelled 14 days or less, on the day of arrival, during the stay or no show will forfeit the full payment.
Bookings cancelled 14-28 days before the date of arrival will forfeit 50% of the full payment.
Bookings cancelled 28 days or more before date of arrival will forfeit 25% of the full payment.
