A 50% deposit is taken by 113 Robberg when the online reservation has been confirmed. Please provide us with credit card details. Balance due on arrival. Optional extras payable on departure. We accept Mastercard and Visa / no cheques.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• If cancelled up to 45 days prior to the arrival date, 15 % of the total booking amount is payable as handling fee and the balance will be refunded
• If cancelled between 44 and 21 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total booking is payable and the balance will be refunded
• If cancelled 20 days or less prior to the arrival date, on arrival, during your stay or no show, the total booking amount is payable
• It is advisable to take out Travel Insurance that includes cover against our cancellation policy
