Sandford Heights Nursery & Tea Garden

Located on the R71 between Haenertsburg and Tzaneen the Sandford Heights Nursery has a wide selection of organically grown operennial plants suitable for the colder garden. Exotic specialities include azaleas (evergreen and decidious), camellias and grafted Japanese Maples. Our indigenous section has a range of agapanthus, arums, dieramas, kniphofias, watsonias and many other interesting and unusual plants.

As we grow our own stock, you will find our prices extremely reasonable, and if you are used to Gauteng prices, you will be sorry if you don't bring a trailer along to make your trip worthwhile! The nursery display area is surrounded by gardens where you can see mature specimens of our plants and trees.

Our tea garden offers sumtous home-style breakfasts, snacks and lunches throughout the day. Specialities include waffles, muffins and pecan pie. Healthy, delicious food in serence and scenic surroundings keeps many of our customers coming back for more.
