Picasso’s is situated in Haenertsburg which is on the R71 between Polokwane and Tzaneen and is also well known as the ‘Land of the Silver Mist’.

"This picturesque small village is set at the foot of the Strydpoortberg Mountains, the northern tip of the Drakensberg range of mountains. This is a region of mountain peaks, crystal clear waterfalls and silent lakes set amidst beautiful indigenous forests.”

Picasso’s is a laid back and informal log-cabin building perched in the mountain and when the fireplace is a blaze and the ‘silver mist ‘sets in, it gives you the feel of Europe in winter. With hearty soups and stews, pan fried trout as well as meat and chicken dishes on the menu where better to take some time out and enjoy the flavours that make you feel warm inside. This is a place I would return to and have my wonderful experience all over again.
