ACCOMMODATIONAt Villa Castollini the spacious, superbly decorated bedrooms and suites focus on comfort and elegance, and all have magnificent views of the Knysna Estuary, which is ever-changing due to the effect of the tides and wind, and the Outeniqua Mountains which sometimes disappear into the mist. Unwind in the tranquility of fine furnishings and enjoy a relaxing night’s sleep on unbelievably comfortable beds fitted with 100% percale cotton linen. All the rooms are en-suite and are equipped with 9 DSTV channels, telephones, hairdryers, electronic safes, beverage making facilities, air-conditioning, dressing gowns and clock radios and bathroom amenities. The suites have mini-bars and DVD players. Please note that all the rooms are non-smoking. We pride ourselves on our reputation of maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness and our mattresses and carpets are regularly sanitised by Hygienitech. LOUNGE AND DINING ROOM A magnificent open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge allows you to enjoy superb English and Continental breakfasts or a scrumptious home-made dinner (by arrangement) that is being prepared right in front of you. The Leather Lounge has a flat screen TV plus the full DSTV bouquet and consists of an oversized leather couch, two Wingback chairs and an ottoman. The Cane Lounge is perfect for view watching, reading and just chilling out. The dining room is furnished with Teak dining room tables and Woodbender chairs. The entire area is a WiFi Hotspot. HONESTY BAR The Ferrari Room (honesty bar) is fully licensed and well stocked. It is the perfect spot to enjoy sundowners and make new friends. Mix your own splendid cocktails to sip whilst sunning yourself around the pool. Spend time perusing the impressive model car collection or the magnificent collection of different sized bottles of wine. WEDDING VENUEAt Villa Castollini you will celebrate your love in breathtakingly beautiful surroundings The Villa offers complete tranquility and exclusive use of the venue for that unforgettable wedding ceremony or reception. At the Villa, we have loads of experience and references to ensure your total peace of mind. We strive to take away the stress by supporting you every step of the way and providing solutions to any situation that might arise. We pride ourselves on being people friendly and easy to work with and despite the pressures of organising such a special event, we always keep in mind that the journey should be fun. Our warm, competent, hospitable staff and outstanding Chef will ensure that your unique, special day will be a day to be enjoyed and cherished. The Manager (wedding-coordinator) will be able to assist you with all the arrangements such as the minister, photographers, decorations, flowers, entertainment and of course, the bar and catering. We can accommodate up to 120 guests at the Villa for the ceremony and reception and 16 guests in the luxury rooms and suites. The Honeymoon suite is complimentary for one night with your booking. |
