At the heart of the property is an impressive double-height lounge (seating 10 people) and dining area (seating 8 people) with attractive gas fireplace and solid wood floors. This leads to a beautifully presented and equipped kitchen with every possible amenity including dual fuel cooker, dishwasher and separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.

Each of the 4 bedrooms features a private patio or balcony. The 3 double rooms have stylish en-suite bathrooms, whilst the twin has a separate shower room. Additional features include under floor heating, separate staff accommodation (double), driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles and double lock-up garage with electric doors. All linen, crockery, glassware and cookware are provided, along with pool towels. (Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.)

Surrounded by deep forests and vast expanses of natural fynbos, Knysna is dominated by the Heads - the impressive sandstone cliffs at the mouth of the lagoon where Sea House is located. There are numerous fine restaurants and shops in the Knysna waterfront, quays and town centre, whilst the surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for sailing, cycling, hiking, surfing, bird and whale-watching and game viewing. Golfers will be in paradise as the superb Pezula and Simola courses are close by.

DIRECTIONS:

From the N2
Take George Rex Drive towards Pezula, The Heads, Leisure Isle. Continue past Pezula and Leisure Isle turn-offs towards the Heads until you go over a speed bump. Take the first left-hand turn (Coney Glen Drive) and continue up the hill passing Lookout Point on the right-hand side. The road turns sharp left and after 250 meters take the first right and then immediately left into Glenview Road. Sea House is located directly above Head Over Hills Guest House on the right-hand side.
