Wilderness is a picturesque little village. Self Catering AccommodationOn the 2nd floor you will find two individually decorated bedrooms each have their own balcony, wall-to-wall carpets, built-in cupboards, gas fireplace and each with ocean and mountain views. Each of the superior, decorated bedrooms has a view to the sea and fynbos-painted mountains. Each bedroom has a luxurious, mattress fit for a royal family. The two en-suite bathrooms boasts not only with a bath with bush view, but also a shower with a bush view. Hairdryer and bathrobes are provided. All linen and towels are also provided. On the 1st floor is the cellar / 3rd bedroom / TV room. It offers not only its own private entrance, (ideal for teenagers), but also a 2nd dining room suite, two single beds, a TV with full DSTV and a 2nd indoor braai. A 3rd bathroom is one floor up from the cellar with a shower, wash basin and toilet. The living room is luxurious and upmarket on the 1st floor. An entertainer’s dream, with fold-up wood and glass doors. You can relax in the private pool, eight metres above ground level. Watch TV (flat screen TV with full DSTV) from the pool or just enjoy the unspoilt views. A 3rd gas fireplace gives ambience and warmth to the room in winter months. An indoor braai is situated in the living room, perfect to enjoy lazy Sunday afternoons, watching dolphins play in the ocean while you braai. In season watch the whales from your private balcony, whilst enjoying a drink and take in the breathtaking panoramic views. The dining room provides seating for six people. On the same level as the lounge and dining room as well as the swimming pool is the fully equipped kitchen with granite surfaces. The owner has not missed one appliance to make your stay feel you are at home. The following can be found in the kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster etc. Excellent whale, dolphin and bird watching are offered on the property. This is a bird-watcher’s paradise. Many sightings have been recorded of the Knysna Loerie on a daily basis around the house. Secure parking for up to two cars in the parking area. Activities and AttractionsDo not know what to do? Visit the many small shops and superb local restaurants eg Serendipity, The Girls or Pomodoro’s. We are only minutes away from the beach, famous golf courses, restaurants and the airport. Pinnacle Point (Mossel Bay) Simola (Knysna), Fancourt (George). Visit The Elephant Sanctuary and go elephant riding. Birds of Eden and Monkeyland are also great to visit. |

DIRECTIONS: From George From George, turn left into town of Wilderness. Drive until you get the Protea / Wilderness Hotel on your left. Turn left at 3-way stop. The 2nd road right is Constantia Kloof Road, turn right, a few metres further is big elephant on your right. Turn right into private road Young Terrace. Drive up with road, few metres further is the parking area, Livingstone House is between Loeries View and the Boardwalk Lodge.
