We offer basic, fully equipped, self catering facilities, with TV and M-Net, braai area and safe parking. As an optional extra, a leisurely breakfast is served on our open veranda overlooking a secluded garden. Our garden birds are a great source of enjoyment to our guests. “Linger Longa” prides itself with personal service and warm, welcoming hospitality. Peace and tranquility are our specialty. Come and “Linger Longa” with us and discover that “Sedgefield is the place where the tortoise sets the pace.” We care. AccommodationLinger Longa offers four cozy units. Unit 1 This is our family unit. This unit is larger than units 2, 3 & 4, also open plan and has 4 beds, 2 downstairs & 2 above in an open loft which is ideal for two small children or for young adults who don't mind a height restriction when going to bed. Units 2 and 3 These units are equipped as open plan units comprising of: two single beds (Unit 2), Double bed (Unit 3), 1 clothes cupboard, leisure sitting area with two lounge chairs and coffee table, two plastic garden chairs for use in front of unit. Electric fan or heater. Kitchenette corner comprising of the following: Bar fridge, double hot plate, microwave, kettle, toaster. Fully equipped with basic cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery, washing up sink with drying rack. Separate bathroom leads off main area comprising of toilet, hand basin and shower. All linen supplied except for beach towels. Unit 4 This unit is a “open plan, small compact bed-sitter” comprising of: 1 double bed, all linen supplied except beach towels, 1 clothes cupboard, two plastic garden chairs for use in front of unit. Kitchenette comprising of following: table and 2 chairs, bar fridge, double hot plate, microwave, kettle, toaster, fully equipped with all basic cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery, washing up sink with drying rack. A separate bathroom interleads, comprising of toilet, hand basin and shower. Everything is supplied except, beach towels, washing up liquid, dishcloth and dish towels. FacilitiesTV with M-net is available in all units. Braai facilities are available either as a portable braai in front of each unit or at the general braai area in a peaceful garden setting. Safe parking with separate entrance is provided for each unit. All units are on a flat surface, without steps. Things to do in the areaThe Garden Route is packed with things to do, from a leisurely walk on the beach to wale watching to adventure sports like paragliding, abseiling, canopy riding or elephant riding.
