Home by the Sea is a beach-lover’s dream. The property’s elevated position just 5km east of Plettenberg Bay offers uninterrupted sea views and is less than 100m from the Indian Ocean and the pristine beaches of Keurboomstrand where dolphins and whales can be viewed almost every day.

Two further double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms and verandah, also enjoy spectacular sea views. There’s an additional twin bedroom with en-suite shower that looks out north across the indigenous forest.

Climb a few more steps and you’ll reach a lounging area where you can escape from everything and enjoy views across the whole of Plettenberg Bay. Where better to watch the dolphins and whales, enjoy sundowners or just gaze at the African stars at night!

The spacious ground floor features a light, airy lounge/diner with ‘pebble’ gas fire, a superbly equipped kitchen/breakfast area and an additional utility/laundry room. The living areas overlook the pool and ocean and lead seamlessly to the deck with its outdoor dining table, fireplace and intimate relaxation area.

Also adjoining the deck is the ground floor bar, equipped with drinks fridge, storage units, sink, stools and a wall-mounted LCD flat screen TV. The perfect entertainment hub for the serious party host.

The rear garden is fringed by indigenous fynbos and features an impressive 10m rim flow pool and outside shower. There’s a private gate leading to a boardwalk to the pristine Keurbooms beach. The secluded and sheltered courtyard to the front of the property features a braai area, jacuzzi and comfortable seating.

DIRECTIONS:

Take the N2 (towards PE) and go over both the Bitou and then Keurbooms river bridges and you will see signs on the right hand side to Keurbooms. Pass the first one and take the second right signposted to Keurboomstrand.

The next right is marked to "Enrico's Restaurant / Kettle Beach". Take this turn and drive for 3 kms. You will see a gate marked Dolphins Path on the right and, immediately afterwards, the automatic gate for Whale's Haven. Turn into this gate and go to the top of the road and turn right. Home by the Sea is the second house on the left.
