From one sight you have lovely lagoon views, on the other you look to the mountains and to the Simola 5 star hotel and golf course. AccommodationWe have two double B and B rooms and one self catering apartment. Our room 'Lagoon View' is a double oom with bathroom en suite. It is spacious, nicely furnished and equipped with an air-conditioner, TV with one DStv channel as well as coffee and tea facilities. The room offers wonderful views of the lagoon. The deluxe room has an extra large double room with a dressing room, air-con, TV with one DStv channel as well as coffee and tea facilities. The bathroom has two basins, shower and bath. But the best is the spectacular views of the lagoon which you have even from the bed! 'Lagoon view' and deluxe are both B and B rooms including breakfast. Our self catering apartment is upmarket, spacious, comfortably furnished and contains two rooms, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, dining / living room and balcony. The bigger sleeping room has a king size double bed (two single mattresses), the smaller one has two single beds. From the sleeping rooms you have lovely views in the mountains towards the 5 star hotel and Simola Golf Course. The kitchenette is fully equipped. Instead of an oven there is a two plate cooker. From the living / dining room and the balcony you have stunning views of the lagoon. The living room has also an air-conditioner and there are selected DStv channels and German TV. On special request we also offer our apartment guests an awesome breakfast at reasonable rates. Sorry no pets, children over the age of 12 years are welcome. FacilitiesTo the guests of our apartment we offer a security deposit box (a deposit is required) . There are some selected DSTV channels, German TV and about 1000 German books. Our guests are welcome to enjoy the bird life in our garden. We feed them with sugar water every day so you see lots of them and if you are very lucky you might discover a lourie. But you can also have a lazy day on one of our deckchairs at the new saltwater pool or you take your sun downer in our lapa and enjoy the fantastic mountain views. On the lagoon side we have a nice braai area where you can sit and enjoy the lovely surrounding and the braai. Parking is available on the property. Sorry no pets BreakfastWe offer breakfast on request. Attractions and ActivitiesIf you wish to we will plan your day and organise your days. Knysna is the heart of the Garden Route and has been elected several times for the prettiest town in South Africa. It is the combination of lagoon, sea, mountains, superb green nature with town life, restaurants, shopping opportunities, waterfront and night life that makes the difference. Additionally there are a lot of wonderful attractions in the neighbourhood. For our guests we have a file in the living room with brochures, maps and vouchers for a perfect day in and around Knysna. We will gladly book you for your activities and your restaurant visits. We enjoy hiking in the forest and share our passion with our guests. Afterwards we often have a braai together at lovely picnic spots at the edge of the forest. |

DIRECTIONS: Coming from Cape Town you enter Knysna on the N2.After passing the Shell petrol station and the Knysna- Tourism Office on the left had side you turn left at the next robot (FNB and ABSA Bank) into Grey street. Drive up the hill for about 800 meters. Before you turn left again into Rio Drive (Epilepsy sign). Carry on straight for about 1,5 km until you reach the Knysna water tower on the right hand side (tall cement building, fenced) At about 150 meter behind the water tower you use the first opportunity to turn right in the Stent Street. You immediately reach the Mc. Clelland Circle. Turn right again and you find us in the first corner on the left hand side at No. 21.
