Popular restaurants just 5 minutes drive away. Our Bed & Breakfast offers easy access from the N2 route and the airport. Green Pastures B&B is a friendly family run establishment catering for up to 10 guests in five fully carpeted rooms each with its own private entrance. AccommodationRooms comprise of en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, satellite TV, filter coffee and tea making facilities. Hairdryer, iron and an ironing board are available on request. Brochures covering surrounding towns and attractions are available on premises. Room 1 The family room is very spacious with a sleeper couch in it and a full bathroom. Safe available. Room 2 The Double room also has a full bathroom and is at the back of the house. Rooms 3, 4 and 5 These rooms are Twin Single rooms, only have a shower and are also at the back of the house. BreakfastClean rooms, comfortable beds and a full hearty breakfast or a light breakfast (made by the host and hostess themselves), are all inclusive at an affordable price. FacilitiesParking is on the premises. We also offer Braai and semi self-catering facilities all situated and opening onto a lovely picturesque courtyard. Fridge / freezer and microwave use available. A supermarket is located just up the road from us as well as ATM machines. A laundry is situated five minutes away. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms but is permitted on the undercover verandah outside each room. Food can be prepared in our well equipped 'Breakfast Room'. Filter water available. Activities and AttractionsWe are 10 minutes drive from the airport and the Garden Route Mall. Just 5 minutes drive to the George Museum and the Botanical Gardens. We can arrange Power Van trips up the Outeniqua Mountains or a Choo Tjoe trip along the coast to Mossel Bay. George has a very interesting Outeniqua Transport Museum, which is a must for all tourists visiting here. Drives through the Montagu Pass are very popular and the scenery is just out of this world. A camera is a must for this scenic drive. George is known as the Golf Mecca of South Africa. Fancourt Golf Estate, George Golf Course and the Kingswood Golfing Estate are all in close proximity to our Bed & Breakfast. We look on to the Kingswood Golf Course. A golfers paradise. Oudtshoorn, Knysna and Mossel Bay are just a 30 to 45 minutes drive from George. George is definitely a base for exploring Golf courses and tourist gems of the Garden Route. |

Continue past circle, George tourist resort then at the Checkers Hyper shopping center, turn left down Plattner Boulevard and follow signs on your left. From Port Elizabeth / Knysna Continue on the N2 until York Street off ramp. At the traffic light turn right into York Street. Continue past circle, George tourist resort then at the Checkers Hyper shopping center, turn left down Plattner Boulevard and follow signs on your left. From Oudtshoorn On reaching the circle, go to the right, into Langenhoven Road, then turn right at the robot, continue down York Street until you see PW Botha College.
