The garden is laid out to lawns and flower beds. At certain times of the year the first thing one notices when you come through the gates is the wonderful scent of Jasmine and the flowering Citrus trees. The sparkling swimming pool is next to the verandah where breakfast is served. This 4 star B&B has five individually decorated bedrooms, all of which have their own entrance from the garden. The golden sands of Robberg beach are only a seven minute stroll away. There are restaurants within 10 minutes walk and shops and many more restaurants are only five minutes drive away. ACCOMMODATIONVerandah Room The entrance is off the main verandah and it has twin ¾ size beds. The en-suite bathroom has a good size shower. TV, safe, tea and coffee, fan/heater and fridge mini bar. Sage Room The entrance is from the side garden and it has twin ¾ size beds. The en-suite bathroom has a bath and a good size shower. TV, safe, tea and coffee, fan/heater and a fridge mini bar. Rose Room The entrance is from its own private court yard and it has twin ¾ beds. The en-suite bathroom has a good size shower. TV, safe, tea and coffee, fan/heater and a fridge mini bar. Cottage Room The entrance is from the garden. It has a queen size double bed and its own private court yard. The en-suite bath room has a shower over the bath. TV, safe, tea and coffee, fan/heater and fridge mini bar. The Pool Room The entrance is right by the swimming pool. It has twin ¾ size beds. The en-suite bathroom has a shower over the bath. TV, safe, tea and coffee, fan/heater and fridge mini bar BREAKFASTIn the summer breakfast is served on the pool side verandah and in the winter in the dining room beside a log fire. A full cooked or continental breakfast is available. TINO HOUSE (Self Catering)A comfortable modern and adaptable self catering unit allows a few options. A one bedroom suite with kitchen and private outside area taken on its own or an additional two bedrooms, en suite entered along a small courtyard. This unit can be booked with breakfast down at Cornerway big House or on a totally self catering basis. The main bedroom can either have a king sized bed plus a single bed or three singles off a modern bathroom with bath and shower, heated floor and towel rails. The sitting room has an open fireplace and television (DSTV). A patio off the well equipped kitchen with seating gives the possibility of having a barbecue and quietly relaxing. The two bedrooms entered from along the courtyard are both en suite. One bedroom with two single/three quarter beds, bath and shower room with under floor heating and heated towel rail, coffee and tea making facilities, the other, a smaller room with a double bed and shower only. There is a seating area under a large palm tree overlooking the main garden, where there is a swimming pool and outside shower. Our establishment is so happy to have animal lovers as we have some ourselves! LOCATION• Cornerway House is in a residential area 10 minutes walk from some shops and restaurants. • The main shopping area and restaurants are 5 minutes by car. • The golden sands of Robberg beach are only 7.4 minutes walk away. • Safe off street parking available. ATTRACTIONS• Plettenberg Bay Country club and golf course with tennis and squash courts is only five minutes away by car. Goose Valley golf course is 10 minutes by car. • Plettenberg Bay has 27 km of wonderful beaches. • There are many other attractions such as Whale and Dolphin watching, Elephant rides, Monkey Land (monkey sanctuary) Birds of Eden, Hiking, Forest mountain biking. Rhino Base Camp safari park and game drives, Riding, River trips, canoeing and many more things to do. |

DIRECTIONS: From George and Knysna on the N2 Coming from Knysna on the N2 you will pass townships on the left and right. As you drive along you will see the Indian Ocean in front of you. On the left there is an industrial estate and ahead of you is a large roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout - sign post says Plettenberg Bay. After about 1.5 kilometers you will come to a mini round about with a bronze statue of dolphins in the middle - go straight across, down the hill. Over a river to the next mini round about - straight over again. After 100 metres there is a Spar shop on the left, just after it turn right- this is then Longships Drive. After about 1K Cornerway House is 61 on the right - You are here. From Port Elizabeth on the N2 As you come along the N2 you will come down a hill and see Plettenberg Bay laid out before you. You go over two rivers, past Polo fields and a golf course. You will then see a sign to the left Plettenberg Bay. Turn left, past the ENGEN filling station, past a new shopping centre on the right, up the hill and through the centre of the town. You will come to a mini round about with a bronze statue of dolphins in the middle. Turn left there and go down the hill. Over a river to the next mini round about - straight over again.
