The breathtaking location offers you the unique experience of stepping onto the beach from the front porch of the house. The house situated in Still Bay West offers panoramic views of the bay. It is within walking distance of the harbour and river and offers easy access to the golf club and numerous surfing spots. Self Catering AccommodationWake-up in the sea facing main bedroom to the sound of breaking waves that are no more than 20 metres away. The main house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8. There are 2 bathrooms, 2 outside showers (with hot water) and a fully equipped kitchen (it includes a stove / oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, cutlery, crockery etc.) The house is equipped with two TV’s and a DVD player. DSTV (satellite television) can be activated on request. Behind the main house there is additional accommodation that includes 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The outside accommodation is available on request. The lounge area in the font of the house has sliding doors that allow guests to relax and enjoy the spectacular views of the bay. Also included are two braai (barbeque) areas - one in the back and one on the front porch that are perfect for entertaining while watching the sun set over the bay and catching whales playing in the ocean. We do allow pets in the house. Attractions and ActivitiesStillbay is a quite, pictureque coastal town that is situated between Cape Agulhas and the start of the Garden Route. The water is warm and the weather is mild with long white sandy beaches. It has it’s own landing-strip for small aircraft and a small fishing harbour. It has a number of nature reserves within it’s boundary and offers all of the necessary services such as medical and supply services. Also included are three franchised grocery stores and many excellent restaurants. Still Bay offers wonderful water-sport facilities including safe swimming at the various beaches, fishing, scuba-diving and lots more. The river mouth is an ideal kite surfing venue, especially when the strong east winds blow and the river is offers excellent water skiing conditions. DIRECTIONS: Still Bay is 140km from the George Airport and 100km from Mossel Bay. On entering Still Bay, turn right over the bridge towards Still Bay West. Keep on the same main road up the hill, through three four way stops. Continue past the police station (after the third four way stop). Before the steep hill to the harbour, turn left into Steyn Street. Drive to the end of Steyn Street and then turn left into Waterkant street. The house is on right hand side and is marked number 36.
