Rutland House is an island of tranquillity amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. Delia Ferguson has been extending a warm welcome to her guests since 1995. Rutland House is centrally situated between Rosebank, Randburg, Sandton and is 2 kilometres from Hyde Park. ACCOMMODATIONBed & Breakfast Nestled in a beautiful half acre of garden there are 3 en-suite guest bedrooms, a family suite, and a two bedroom cottage. Each has its own entrance through a private garden or courtyard and they are all set away from the main house and each other for maximum privacy. All the suites are freshly decorated and offer TV with all channels, radio, fridge, kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, sweets, biscuits, and a bowl of fruits in season. For comfort there are heaters and electric blankets for winter and fans for summer. Self Catering The cottage is perfect for long stays, families and corporate relocations and can be taken on a B&B or self catering basis. It comprises a main bedroom with queen bed and second bedroom with two single beds and a pull out double bed sleeper couch in the lounge. The lounge is open plan with a kitchenette which has a small stove, microwave and large fridge, and is fully equipped. There is a small private enclosed garden leading off the bedrooms.
