Encapsulated in solitude amidst lush majestic oak trees in natural free flowing indigenous gardens, Kleinkaap offers picture perfect luxury... In keeping with tradition, the current owners, the Malan family have expanded the estate maintaining the original Cape Dutch style architecture. The manor house is in extent of 1000m² and the venue facilities cover and estimated 600m². Currently there are four grain silos, huge shady trees, and of course the homestead left on the estate to remind us of our proud heritage. AccommodationKleinkaap is proud to introduce their luxury accommodation, newly built in a Cape Dutch style. Whether you are a guest at a wedding, conference or just want to spend the night, 17 double rooms are available to enhance the beauty of Kleinkaap and to make your journey unforgettable. Two of our rooms have a beautiful view over the tranquil gardens of Kleinkaap where you can enjoy a sundowner or just a cup of coffee. The property is well positioned and close to the Jean Avenue offramp with ample parking and 24 hours security. We offer full day conference packages and half day packages which are fully inclusive so there are no nasty surprises when receiving your bill. We can accommodate minimum 8 and maximum 168 people with seating arrangements as follows: UShape, classroom and cinema. Our functions are tailor made to suite our guests and the coordinators are there to assist with the guests requirements. Packages are sent to our clients and site inspections of the property are always suggested as this gives the client the opportunity to experience the ambience and tranquillity of the property and gives them an idea of the spaces that are available and how their theme fits in with the decor of the property. We have a chef on site that prepares food that is superior and delicious and moves away from the conventional meals that are served at venues. Service is our priority and our aim is to ensure that your event is a memorable one. We have a dedicated Sales Person that will visit your office or home to help you in making the right choice if you are unable to visit the property. WeddingsGarden or Banquet weddings and functions are held in this lush tranquil setting under the oak trees. The beautiful gardens are the dream venue for wedding photographs. We have two vintage cars, a 1929 Chevrolet Tourer and a 1933 Morris Ten which are available for photographic purposes only, at no additional cost. Should you choose to have a more intimate wedding, banqueting halls and other indoor venue's are also available. Secure parking for all guests is within the estate. Our professional staff will ensure that your guests have a memorable and unforgettable experience. Halaal and Kosher meals are available on request. Other special dietary requirements are also available. Location & AttractionsWe are only 50 km from OR Tambo and 30 km from Lanseria and conveniently situated close to Midrand and Pretoria. We are also 5km from the Gautrain station in Centurion. So if you need to do business in Sandton or want to take the train to the airport, we will gladly drop you off at the station and pick you up.
