We have heated and cold-water pools and give access to the dam. Situated in the countryside, but still centrally located only 60 minutes drive from Johannesburg and Pretoria on the way to the Lowveld (Hazyview, Sabie and Kruger National park). Kaia Manzi Lodge is only 40 minutes drive from Johannesburg International Airport - the ideal place to spend the night before and after your flight. Kaia Manzi Lodge offers the following: Guesthouse and Restaurant, Self catering rooms, Conference facilities and a Reception area. ACCOMMODATIONThe Guest House: Kaia Manzi guesthouse has 20 rooms, each with en-suite bathroom. Self-Catering Units: These one bedroom units have a king size bed and a bunker bed which gives sleeping place for four persons. It has a bathroom, kitchen and BBQ area. CONFERENCESConference facilities: Kaia Manzi Lodge offers fully equipped conference facilities and wedding reception area for groups of up to 180. Conferences: For up to 120 delegates, we have overhead projectors, video data projectors, TV / Video combinations, flip charts and all other standard equipment. Team Building: Team building events are sourced out for external organisations. We have partnerships with various team-building organisations and cater for custom-made team-building events to suit your requirements. Our reception area can seat 180 persons and has the most breathtaking view over the Bronkhorstspruit dam.
