Hydro facilities include indoor jet pool, heated swimming pool, steambaths, saunas, Turkish baths, sitzbaths. Individual meals, diet analysis and advice. Enjoy walks and hikes in our private game reserve and aquarobics and stretching exercise classes. At Hoogland Health Hydro we bring closer that dream by taking you away from the stressful facets of your life. We can assist you in realising your full potential of a vibrant energetic physique. The relaxed atmosphere is conducive to peace of mind and body, allowing you to revitalise whilst enjoying the companionship of others also seeking the holy grail of good health.

Your Hoogland experience will include
• Accommodation in a private room with bathroom.
• Use of Therapy facilities: Steam bath, Sitz bath, Sauna, Turkish Bath, Water Jet Massage, Jacuzzi, Heated Swimming pools, Gym, etc.
• Diet advice, meals, teas, bottled mineral water.
• Guided walks and hikes in the game reserve.
• Exercise classes and Aquarobics.
• Lectures and demonstrations.
• Relaxation classes most evenings.

For guests with special needs
• We cater to all dietary requirements. Guests that do not follow a prescribed diet choose meals from a menu. (Buffet on weekends.)
• Nutritional analysis and individual reports are standard. (On request over weekends.)
• Complete biokinetic evaluations are available at extra cost to guests staying five days or more.
• Fax and copy facilities are available in office hours and Internet access is available free of charge to guests at all times.
• Our shop stocks toiletries and clothes you might forget to pack. Hairdresser available most of the time.
• Extras available: selection of physical and beauty treatments, biokinetics.

Swim anytime: Warm and hot indoor pools: The therapeutic underwater jet pool is heated to 36º C. The big enclosed pool is also heated to a comfortable 30º C for swimming laps and for aquarobics. Both areas are lighted at night and in the evening a shy guest should have a pool to him or herself.

Dress is informal - We recommend: Casual clothes, swimwear, tracksuit, towelling gown, slippers, shoes for hiking. (Towels are provided).
