The Collection, set on over one hectare of ground, and built amongst beautiful garden settings, with dams, natural running water, wild ducks and a feast of bird-life, is an event venue, offering a conference facility, wedding venue with chapel, function and party venue and garden venue. ConferencesThe Orchid Room The Orchid Room at The Collection Conference Venue is a new state of the art facility that can seat up to 300 people cinema style. Gather your company for an off-site meeting or team building session and enjoy The Collections plush Orchid Room with stunning views, beautiful gardens, excellent cuisine and relaxing environment. The Jasmine Hall The Jasmine Hall seats 200 people cinema style and the Guesthouse Lounge offers conferencing for small groups up to 25. Let us take care of the day, while your staff enjoy their off-site conference. The Collection Conference Venue is suitable for meetings, strategy sessions, presentations, exhibitions, team-building and product launches. Team-building packages are also available on request. Conference Venue Hire includes: Data projector (The Orchid Room only), screen, amplification, flip chart, notepads and pens, water and mints, white board and markers, tea and coffee, staggered snacks, lunch and staff. WeddingsThe Collections Jasmine Banquet Hall provides the ambiance you are looking for on your wedding day and according to your own personal style, whether a picturesque garden wedding or a sophisticated all night affair! The Collection reception venue seats up to a 150 people in the Jasmine Banquet Hall and up to 200 for a garden wedding. Walk down the red carpet in our chapel that is situated alongside dams with natural running water, weeping willows, wild ducks and amazing bird-life. An exquisite customized menu (plated or buffet) and a diverse selection of wines are available to round off your special occasion The Collection Venue has all the facilities you need at your disposal. A stunning Balinese style chapel, set along-side one of the properties biggest dams and picturesque weeping willows. Beautiful garden surroundings for your photographs and to serve your guests their welcome drinks, an a plush banquet hall for your dinner dance. DIRECTIONS: From Johannesburg Take the Garsfontein / Menlyn M30 off ramp. Turn right at the top of the off ramp. Pass over 13 robots (+-6.4km). You will pass Menlyn shopping centre on your left, Menlyn Retail on your left, Moreleta Plaza on your right, Woodhill Golf Estate on your left and Pretoria East Hospital on your right. About 50m after the 13th robot (Philadelphia Ave, which takes you into Woodlands Boulevard shopping centre), there is a dirt road to the left. There is a sign next to the road for The Collection. Follow signs to entrance. From Pretoria Take the Atterbury off ramp from the N1 highway. At the top of the off ramp turn left onto Atterbury. Travel along Atterbury for approximately 7kms. (you will pass Menlyn Park Shopping Centre, Plantland, Pick n Pay Hypermarket and Atterbury Value Mart). Cross over Hans Strijdom drive. After Hans Strijdom drive, you will come to a 4-way stop with Plantland on your diagonal left, turn right into De Villa Bois Rd. Travel along De Villa Bois Rd (you will see Woodhill Golf Course running on your right). At the robots at Garsfontein Drive (Woodlands Boulevard shopping centre on left), turn left into Garsfontein Drive). Just after the robots into Woodlands Boulevard (Philadelphia Ave), turn left onto a dirt road. Here there is a board for The Collection, follow signs to entrance. From Witbank Take the Hans Strijdom off ramp from the N4 highway. At the top of the off ramp turn left onto Hans Strijdom. Follow Hans Strijdom for +/- 8kms. Turn left into Garsfontein Drive. Pass over four robots (you will go past Parkview Shopping Centre and Pretoria East Hospital on your right and Woodlands Boulevard Shopping Centre on your left). About 50m after the 4th robot (Philadelphia Ave, which takes you into the shopping centre), there is a dirt road to the left. There is a board for The Collection. Follow signs to entrance. Alternatively: Take the Bronkhorstspruit East/Babsfontein (R25) turn off from the N4 highway. At the top of the offramp turn left, Kempton Park (R25) Delmas (R42). Follow this R25 for +-30km until the Garsfontein (M30) Pretoria East board. Here you turn right. Continue with the M30 for 19km. There is a board for The Collection on the right. Follow signs to entrance. From OR Tambo International Airport Take the Kempton Park, R21 Highway to Pretoria. Take the Nelmapius, Irene offramp. Turn right into Nelmapius Rd. You will pass Route 21 office park on your left and then Rietvlei Dam Entrance on your right. Follow road to T-Junction. Turn left onto Delmas Road. At the first robots, turn right into De Villa Bois. Follow this road to the 5th robot, which is Garsfontein Drive. Turn right into Garsfontein Drive. Cross over first robot, which is Philadelphia Avenue (takes you into the Woodlands Boulevard Shopping Centre). About 50m after this robot, there is a dirt road to your left marked with the Guesthouse board. Follow the boards to the entrance.
