Having gained this knowledge over the years and taking into consideration location and service, we were able to turn our vision into a reality. Situated in a village of urban oasis, just a stone’s throw away from the all new Houghton Golf Course and Melrose Arch, lies The Classique Spa based in Norwood, Johannesburg. Always a hive of activity with people rushing from meeting to meeting or visiting the local corner coffee shops and restaurants, to the everyday shopping at the nearest grocery store, we saw that there was a central “resting” place missing within the area; thus resulting in the founding of our location. The Classique SpaOur main focus was to move away from the “clinical” feel of day spas and offer a more private Victorian setting. From the outside, the spa looks smaller than it is, all we can say is, never judge a book by its cover. Drawing inspiration from movies such as The Tudors, and Titanic, the Classique Spa has created a sense of elegant timelessness settings and an unsurpassed quality of service. From our qualified therapists, soft aromas, lighting, top end products, variety of treatments, some of which are exclusive to The Classique Spa, antique settings and facilities we strive to make each client feel like royalty. The privacy of the spa allows our visitors and clients to escape the routine of their everyday lives and journey off into a world of complete serenity. Our treatments• Manicures, Pedicures and Artificial nails • Body Treatments, ranging from various massage styles and Lymph Drainage. • We use only 100% Natural Dead Sea Water and Body Butters to do massages • Body Wraps which all include Exfoliation as well as back and neck massage • Facials - choose from our wide variety of options and product ranges • Grooming - for all those with extra hair in unwanted places • Relax and Detox Therapy - you will not want to live without this as a monthly necessity ever again. DIRECTIONS: Down Louis Botha Ave Traveling away from the city centre, left at the Victory Theatre, UMOJO, into Osborne Road until the intersection of Grant ave. Turn right and second traffic light you have arrived. We are on your left. M1 - From Pretoria Take Athol Oakland’s off ramp.M31 Keep left and take the slip road to your left into Scott Str. If you turned and are now at the Traffic light, turn left into Scott Street. Travel until the first traffic light and keep right. At the lights turn right into Stirling which becomes Hamlin. Travel straight though the two calming circles. At the next traffic light you will see Norwood Mall on your left and the road name changes to The Avenue. Continue straight passing two more traffic lights at the 2nd set of lights there will be an Engen garage on your left. You are now at the cnr of Grant Ave and Ivy Road. Continue straight until the next set of traffic lights. If you look right you’ll see us on the corner. There is plenty of parking in Algernon road. Travel safe. M1 - From the West Take 11th Ave off ramp. Turn right into 11th Ave and continue through the first traffic light. You will pass Planet Fitness on your right (Old Edwardians Sports Club) At the second traffic light continue straight crossing 3rd Str. Slow down, as there is a calming circle. Continue straight with 11th until the traffic lights. There is an Engen Filling Station on your left (Cnr Grant & Ivy Rd). You must Keep to the right hand turning lane. Turn right into Grant Avenue and continue straight until the next set of traffic lights. If you look right you’ll see us on the corner.(Grant & Algernon) There is plenty of parking in Algernon road. Travel safe. N3 Take the Linksfied off ramp (M16). From PTA or JHB you land up facing the same direction. Turn right into Linksfield Rd and travel straight passing straight trough the first and second set of traffic lights. Continue straight with Club Street. At the next set of Traffic lights you will see an Engen garage on your right and KD School on your left. Continue straight until the next set of traffic lights. There is a split at these lights (Linksfield Primary School on your left). Continue straight with 8th Str. Do Not veer left passed the school this is the wrong way. Continue straight until the stop sign. Cross over 9th Ave and keep right as you are going to turn right at the very next road called 8th Ave. Continue a short distance until 9th Street and make a left. At the Traffic light you will find the Radium Restaurant on your left, and a main road called Louise Botha Ave. Cross over Louise Botha and travel straight with 9th Str which becomes Paterson. At the next set of Traffic Lights make a right. You have now reached Grant Ave. We are at the Next set of lights on the left hand side. Cnr Grant and Algernon Road. Travel Safe.
