The Guest House is positioned ideally within six kilometres from OR Tambo International Airport. It offers the visitor fully air conditioned rooms with flat screen LCD TVs and the rooms are all en suite. Being in a security village gives the traveller a much needed peace of mind. All rooms offer wireless internet connections. Birch Grove is set in a newly built modern styled building in a security village reducing exposure of guests to criminal activities. AccommodationThe rooms Each room is uniquely styled to give the guest ambience that is beyond comparison or competition. The rooms sizes give you space enough for you to not feel like you in a cocoon. All rooms have their own separate entrances that give the guests all the privacy they may need. The beds The beds range from twin beds that can be converted to a king size, to double beds and extra length double beds. TVs and DSTV All rooms are furnished with large screen TVs all with DSTV / pay channel. DSTV suite has over 25 channels giving the guest a wide range. The TVs are all LCD. Air Conditioning All rooms are furnished with air conditioning so the guest can control the mood in the room. Work Stations / Dressing tables All rooms have user friendly workstations to enable the guest to navigate the web and do that all important work with ease. Tea / coffee facilities Guests are able to prepare that late night coffee / tea using the modern facility in the rooms. Wireless Hotspot All rooms are equipped with wireless internet connectivity. Guests are able to buy extra vouchers online. Bar Fridges The rooms are all equipped with mini bar fridges to allow the clients to keep refreshments. The rooms are also equipped with microwave ovens to allow for the guests to warm their meals should they so wish. Lounge Guests have a choice of watching the TV from their room or in the lounge which provides an opportunity to meet other guests in the property. This communal TV has access to all the DSTV channels. LocationProximity to the three main highways (N3, R24 and R21) and industrial area make Birch Grove an ideal Guest House for the business traveller. Access is easy from the Guest House to the Johannesburg city centre and the Ellis Park Stadium through the R24. Travelling to Pretoria from the Guest house is easy through R21 and it is against traffic.
