Illovo 15km Christmas Challenge

The Illovo 15km race is a one lap festival run through the streets of Westville. Although moderately hilly in places the route is balanced with a fair amount of downhill recovery stages. Category winners are awarded cash prizes and all finishers who complete the distance in 2h30 will be awarded T shirts. Lucky draw prizes are up for grabs. Walkers are welcome to participate.

This race has great spirit with many of the clubs running in ‘buses’ with a floating trophy being awarded to the bus with the best spirit or the bus that is the friendliest. Entries are taken at Westville Athletic Club between 10am and 4pm on the Saturday before the race and at the start from 5am.
