Clover Milk Run 10km and 5km

The Clover Milk Run courses are easy, flat, fast and scenic. The first part of the race is along the beachfront and although flat there is a slight uphill towards the halfway mark. The second half is both flat and easy as you make your way through the residential area and then head downhill for a fast finish.
The first 10 finishers win gold medals, the next 200 win silves and all other finishers in both distances are awarded bronze medals. The first 100 applicants to correct their entries will receive a free litre of Clover milk and a lucky-draw contestant in each race will win 100 litres of Clover milk! There are special incentives for the first 500 entries.
Pre-entries are taken up to six weeks before the event and again on the evening before the race (at the start) between 17h00 and 20h00. Late entries are taken at the start from 06h00. Walkers are welcome and there is a fun run.
