Nestled in the Tsitsikamma, on the edge of the Storms River Village, lies the Inn. As you enter the shady trellised walkway, you will feel like you have stepped back in time. You emerge amidst a charming collection of old Southern Cape dwellings, Mid Victorian “broekielace” cottages, a double storey Vicarage, Cape Dutch dwellings; Arniston Fishing Cottages and Karoo-Georgia townhouses surround the Village Square. ACCOMMODATIONThere are rooms in this village for all, from humble foresters to the grand Landdrost, from simple fishing folk, to the Dominee. All the cottages are decorated accordingly: cool creams and lime washed pine furniture in the fisherman’s cottages, intricate woodwork in the Pastorie, ethnic African designs in the Karoo townhouses. Spacious en-suite facilities, televisions, telephones and electric blankets are standard throughout. All but the wooden floored Arniston Fishing cottages have under floor heating. The other side of the village boasts rustic log homes, built amongst the gnarled fruit trees, which formed the original arbour. DIRECTIONS: From Port Elizabeth: East from Tsitsikamma Village Inn about 180 km from their Airport to our establishment. You drive from Port Elizabeth on the N2 until you get Tsitsikamma Total Village (Petrol Station) on your right hand side. It is just off the bridge. After the bridge about 3 ½ km on your right hand side you will get “The Big Tree” and about 500 m after “The Big Tree” you will get on your left hand side the turn off to our establishment. You will get a sign that will say “Black Water Tubing” and a sign that will say “Storms River Village” showing you to turn off, that is the turn off you take. And then you will drive straight into Tsitsikamma Village Inn. From Plettenberg Bay: West from Tsitsikamma Village Inn about 60 km from their Airport to our establishment. You drive from Plettenberg Bay on the N2 past the tollgate, over the Bloukrantz Bridge where the world Highest Bundgy is. You will get the turn off for Tsitsikamma National Park on your right hand side and 5 km after the turn off you will get the turn off for Tsitsikamma Village Inn on your right hand side. You will get a sign that will say “Black Water Tubing” and a sign that will say Storms River Village showing you to turn off, that is the turn off you take.
