DESCRIPTION:

Located between Knysna and Port Elizabeth lies Oyster Bay Lodge, a beautiful Coastal Reserve which is set on 235 hectares and incorporates magnificent dunes, woods, river deltas, beaches, wetlands, lagoons and even free roaming horses.

The 4 star lodge is strategically located for excursions to Tsitsikamma National Park, Baviaanskloof, St Francis Bay and Addo Elephant National Park. A variety of activities like Horse back riding on the beach, hiking trails on the Coastal Reserve, sundowners on one of our decks and bird watching will give our guest the opportunity to experience the Coastal Reserve.

Our private and unspoiled sandy beachfront of 3.5 kilometers makes Oyster Bay Lodge a little paradise in the Eastern Cape. To start or end the beautiful journey along the Garden Route, Oyster Bay Lodge is the ideal destination.

Four luxury chalets
All luxury chalets have King-size beds, en-suite open plan bathroom with bath and shower and toilet, fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, safe, fire place, under floor heating, fully equipped kitchenette, private veranda with sea view.

eight comfortable guest rooms
Our guest rooms have either a King-size bed (4) or Queen-size bed (1). All guest rooms have an en-suite bathroom with separate bath, shower and toilet, fridge and coffee / tea making facilities and safe. Four of the guest rooms have a private veranda with sea view. The fifth guest room has a view of our green and lush gardens and the mountains.

two Family Rooms
The self-catering Family Rooms have one living / bedroom, one master bedroom and one sharing bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, safe, fully equipped kitchenette and private veranda with sea view (sleeps 4).

DIRECTIONS:

From Port Elizabeth
From Port Elizabeth take the N2 to Humansdorp. Take the exit Humandorp/St. Francis/Oyster Bay. After entering Humansdorp, at the first stop street, go straight into the main street of Humandorp. At the end of the main street turn right to Oyster Bay. Follow the signs to Oyster Bay/Oyster Bay Lodge (Please note that the tarred road will be become a dirt road). After approximately 23 kilometres Oyster Bay Lodge is situated on the left-hand side of the road. (2 kilometres behind the village of Oyster Bay).

From Cape Town
Coming from Cape Town on the N2 turn off at exit 632 Palmietvlei and follow the signs to Oyster Bay/Oyster Bay Lodge for 24 kilometres (Please note that the tarred road will be become a dirt road). Oyster Bay Lodge is situated on the right-hand side of the road.
