Kaliza’s Place with Bed and Breakfast or Self catering facilities is managed by the owner. We are already operating for a number of years and have gained vast experience in this field. We are situated in a quiet street in Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth. We are one kilometre from the beach and are close to all major facilities such as two shopping malls, the Boardwalk Casino complex with all its amenities, Port Elizabeth Airport, McArthur Pools, Bayworld Oceanarium, Nelson Mandela University and the Humewood Golf Course. The Humewood Golf Cub boasts a links golf course on our doorstep which is a favourite with golf enthusiasts. We are beautifully positioned for 2010 World cup soccer supporters, Iron man and water sport lovers. The annual Splash Festival is held at Hobie Beach, near Kaliza’s Place. Port Elizabeth is fast becoming the water sport capital of South Africa. AccommodationWe cater for tourists, the business person and holiday makers. Children are welcome. Come and experience our units yourself. Each of the individually decorated bedrooms has a private entrance and an en-suite bathroom. All the units are open plan i.e. no separate bedroom or lounge or kitchenette. Each unit is equipped with either a king size bed, a queen size bed or a double bed. On demand an extra bed or two may be supplied. For babies we supply a cot on demand. The room facilities include a hair drier, iron and TV with (M-Net and certain DSTV channels) and a lounge suite. For the self-catering reservations a fully equipped kitchenette is available. Kaliza's Place has a swimming pool set in a beautiful garden with secure off street parking. Our units are serviced daily and we also offer laundry facilities, fax facilities and free Wi Fi internet. Breakfast and DinnerBreakfasts are served in our beautifully decorated separate dining room. Delicious breakfasts, either English or Continental are included in the Bed and Breakfast rates. Dinner is served by pre arrangement. Services and FacilitiesTransfers to and from the airport which is only six kilometers from us can be arranged. Within one hour's drive from us are some of the malaria free game parks such as Kragga Kamma, Addo Elephant National Park, Seaview Lion Park, Schotia, Shamwari and Amakhala Game Reserve. Port Elizabeth with its year round moderate climate is an excellent holiday destination. Many National and International events take place in Port Elizabeth all within a stones throw from Kaliza’s Place. Carry straight on up to the T-Junction and turn left into Erasmus drive. Turn left at the stop street. into Tiran road. We are situated at your right hand corner. From Port Elizabeth Airport Turn right into "Alister Miller". Turn right at the traffic light into "La Roche" and at the next traffic light turn right again into "Strandfontein road". At the next traffic light turn left into "Second avenue" and right again at the circle into "Erasmus drive". At the second stop street. turn left into "Tiran road".
