Self Catering Villa

The Villa offers top quality, luxury, accommodation for up to six guests. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and an additional two single beds can be found in the lounge. There is a bathroom with a shower and linen and towels are provided. The living area is open plan and consists of a comfortable lounge area with magnificent sea views. There is a dining table where you can enjoy your meals and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for your self catering stay. There is an indoor fireplace / braai and a recreational area. Other touches include white percale linen, rooibos soaps and lotions, towels and hairdryers.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations will only be considered if received in writing and valid if confirmed by Villa @TheBay in writing.
• If cancelled or modified up to 90 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
• If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 100% percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• In case of no-show or premature departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
