Villa 16-2 Pinnacle Point is a double-story three-bedroom golf villa hosts three bedrooms. The main bedroom is located downstairs and features a Queen-size bed as well as an en-suite bathroom. One of the remaining two bedrooms consists of two single beds and the other has a King-size bed. Both of these bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards, carpeted floors and TV's. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.

There is a fully equipped kitchen that has all the necessary appliances for self catering. It contains a microwave, fridge / freezer, stove, oven, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and a breakfast area with seating. The adjacent living area is furnished with a comfortable lounge suite and a flat-screen, wall-mounted TV with DStv / satellite channels. The enclosed patio with dining room table leads onto an open patio.
