The Vaal Dam Conference Centre offers three distinctive venues catering for up to 200 delegates and suitable for corporate conferences, strategy sessions and team building events. The Chartres labyrinth is the perfect place for a Free State wedding; the perfect place to commit to joining hearts and lives, and to venturing forward together on life's twisting, turning path.

All of our conference venues are light and spacious with picturesque views of the estate, from the labyrinth and shimmering water to our ancient stone circles. Choose from our Distillery Tasting room had Cigar lounge, the Homestead or the Conservatory.

We offer a range of conference packages, corporate events tailored to suit every organisation's specific needs and budget. Guests can expect mouth-watering tea and coffee break snacks. All meals are prepared with fresh ingredients from our herb garden and labyrinth.

Our conference packages include standard conference equipment. We can also cater for any special requirements that your company may have.

Wedding Venues

Our labyrinth winds its way to the picture-perfect chapel at its centre. With spectacular views of the water and surrounded by the intoxicating fragrances and colours of the labyrinth's herbs, flowers and fruit tree borders, it is the ideal setting to share your wedding vows.

Our banqueting facilities include four venue options, to cater for everything from the smallest, most intimate wedding to the most extravagant celebration. Our R'new events team has the experience and expertise to make your wedding day perfect and memorable, from the menu to the decor.

On-site accommodation for the bridal party includes charming suites overlooking our botanical labyrinth and with views of the sun rising over the water's edge. When the festivities have ended, our R'new brides and their attendants have been known to slip downstairs in their slippers to relax and recharge in the spa and wellness centre.
