Trio Towers 26 is a self catering apartment containing three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms are both furnished with a Queen-size bed and the third bedroom is furnished with twin beds. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The living area has comfortable furniture where guests are able to relax. There is a TV and guests are able to bring their own DStv decoder and smart card. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a microwave, fridge / freezer, stove, oven, tea / coffee making facilities, washing machine, dishwasher and a tumble dryer. The lounge leads out onto the balcony where there is patio furniture and BBQ / braai facilities.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 85% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 40% of the deposit.
If cancelling 25 days before arrival, forfeit 35% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the deposit.
