Deposit required?

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.


More than four weeks in advance: the full deposit is refunded, less a 10% handling fee.
Three to four weeks in advance: 50% of deposit refunded (i.e. 25% of total cost).
Less than 3 weeks: no deposit refunded.
Cancellations of last minute bookings: 50% of total cost refunded (see booking policy).
Should the guests leave before the end of their booked time no refunds will be made.
