About The Store

Situated in the Chelsea Conservancy, The Store offers self catering accommodation for four guests.

The home is one of six houses within the Sandpebbles Estate; chickens, ducks and two Border collies will be on hand to amuse you. The Store is 8kms from Walmer Beach and Baywest Shopping Centres.

Self Catering Accommodation

The house has one bedroom furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower only. The bedroom also has a desk for those who need to work.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes a washing machine. The kitchen counter is the perfect place for four guests to enjoy a meal together.

The lounge is comfortably furnished and has a Queen-size sofa bed that can accommodate two guests.

The lounge and bedroom open, via sliding doors onto a pretty courtyard area which has a built in braai and benches. There is also a fenced garden which is a safe place for children to play in. Secure parking is provided.

Important information

This establishment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests only. Parties, gatherings, or social events are strictly prohibited unless expressly arranged and approved in advance by the owner.
The Store is not an event venue or casual meeting space and it’s sole purpose is to provide a peaceful, comfortable environment for guests seeking rest and relaxation.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund. Should any unregistered or unauthorised guests (beyond the approved maximum) be found to have stayed overnight, a penalty fee per person will be charged to the booking holder.
Guests are also required to observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM out of respect for others.
